WBCS Battery Cycler

System hardware & software was designed for easy, stable and accurate battery charge/discharge cycler. This system use potentiostat/galvanostat circuit so you can do electrochemical experiment using WBCS.

WBCS series choose plug-in type module with independent power suppliers per 8ch substation (WBCS3000L(Le),S,M1,M2) & channel module for high power system has its own power supplier(WBCS3000D,H,HP).  Each substation can be used as independent system with optional Start-up Kit or can be built up integrated system

 

 
   
  Applicaton

Features

System hardware was designed for stable and accurate instrument furthermore for easy
expansion and maintenance. WBCS series choose plug-in type module with independent
power suppliers per 8ch substation (WBCS3000L(Le),S,M1,M2) & channel module for high
power system has its own power supplier(WBCS3000D,H,HP). Each substation can be used
as independent system with optional Stand Alone Kit or can be built up integrated
system as add-on. These give flexibility to users application.
For stable and accurate instrumentation 4 probe type true potentiostat/galvanostat
circuit: WBCS series are designed for battery test(Li battery, Ni-MH, NiCd etc).

  • High resolution 16 bit ADC/DAC: WBCS provides 0.0015% f.s resolution in
    control and aquisiton both.
  • Channel isolation: To prevent any noise from the other channel, each channel
    is designed for isolation.
  • Multiple current ranges(WBCS3000: 4 ranges): This improves the resolution and
    accuracy in control and measurement of current. Auto/manual selection

    Voltage range: ±5V(Standard), Max. Current: 10mA@5V
  • WBCS3000Le/Le32(Low current type)
    Voltage range: -1V to +5V, Max. Current: 100mA@5V
  • WBCS3000Lx32(Low current type)
    Voltage range: ±5V(Standard), Max. Current: 1A@-1V to +5V
  • WBCS3000S(standard type)
    Voltage range: ±5V(Standard), User can specify the voltage range within <80V
    Max. Current: Depending on system specification, Max ±5A@±5V
  • WBCS3000M1(Medium power type)
    Voltage range: ±5V(Standard), User can specify the voltage range within <80V
    Max Current: Depending on system specification. Max. 100Watt
  • WBCS3000M2(Medium power type)
    Voltage range: ±5V(Standard), User can specify the voltage range within <80V
    Max Current: Depending on system specification. Max. 200Watt
